I am an experienced Reiki Master Teacher, with over 14 years experience giving reiki sessions and classes in Abu Dabi U.A.E and Dublin, Ireland. I teach traditional Japanese Usui Reiki. and I am also a Kurana Ki Reiki Master and use aspects of this method alongside Usui Reiki treatments.​

Master Mikao Usui, the Japanese founding father of Reiki, discovered this form of energy healing in about 1910.

​Benefits of a Reiki Treatment
​Reiki energy enhances the flow of energy between the seven major energy points (chakras) of the body, similar to acupuncture but without needles! During a session, blocks and stagnant or "stuck" energy that no longer serves a purpose is gently dissolved. This process is suitable for everyone, including children, the elderly, plants, and animals!
​Most people describe a reiki healing session as deeply relaxing. While physical touch isn't necessary, many experience various sensations throughout their bodies.
Realigning the body's energy can be different for everyone, and every reiki treatment is unique.
What does a Reiki session feel like?
Common experiences may include temperature fluctuations, feelings of floating, weightlessness, relaxation, experiencing pressure and movement of energy, seeing or perceiving colours, heightened perceptions, emotional release. See what to expect.

Bringing balance to the chakras
Balancing the chakras is an integral aspect of Reiki, to restore harmony and well-being.
The Crown Chakra (purple), located at the top of the head, represents spiritual connection, enlightenment, and universal awareness, I KNOW.. The Third Eye Chakra (violet) governs intuition, insight, and inner wisdom, I SEE. The Throat Chakra (sky blue) supports self-expression and communication, embodying the deeper truth of I AM. The Heart Chakra (pink, green), a bridge between the upper and lower chakras, symbolizing love, compassion, and emotional balance, affirming I LOVE.​ The Solar Plexus Chakra (yellow) is the centre of personal power, confidence, and determination, I DO. The Sacral Chakra (orange), located below the navel, governs creativity, pleasure, and emotional flow, I FEEL. Finally, the Root Chakra (red, brown), at the base of the spine, represents grounding, stability, and security, affirming I TRUST.

Just as a tree’s roots must be healthy to support its highest branches, so too must the lower chakras be grounded to bring balance to the third eye and crown as they open, keeping the aura bright.
