​Reiki energy enhances the flow of energy between the seven major energy points (chakras) of the body, similar to acupuncture but without needles. During a session, blocks are gently dissolved, and stagnant energy is replaced with revitalizing energy. This process is completely safe and suitable for everyone, including children, the elderly, plants, and animals!​

Just as a tree grows towards the sky, expanding its canopy, it must also extend its roots deep into the earth for stability. As above, so below.
Similarly, the body requires balance between the upper chakras—throat, third eye, and crown—and the lower chakras—solar plexus, sacral, and root. At the center lies the heart, the bridge between them. In Reiki, no chakra is superior; they are all interconnected. Just as a tree’s roots must be healthy to support its highest branches, so too must the lower chakras be grounded to bring balance to the third eye and crown as they open. True clarity in the crown can only be experienced through a healthy, balanced heart.
