What should you expect from a reiki session Dublin with me? Based in Blackrock, I give reiki sessions & classes during the week & sometimes the weekend.
I have been a reiki practitioner for 11 years now. Giving reiki sessions and teaching all levels of Usui reiki, first in Abu Dhabi and now in Dublin, Ireland.
A reiki session with me lasts an hour.
45 minutes reiki with time to go over whatever you experienced during the session, and what I experienced for you!
There is a really comfy bed for you to relax on. Again, there is no need to feel "zen" if you're not feeling that way! Perhaps your mind feels crowded with thoughts, and you've come because you're finding it hard to find peace. Or a challenge in your life feels overwhelming. In that case, it is fine to "come as you are." There are no expectations and when you lie on the bed, there is nothing for you to do except close your eyes!
I explain that you don't need to go over why you've come for a reiki session with me just yet. Although there doesn't have to be a reason to experience reiki, some people come for a reiki session because they would like clarity on a situation. Or to experience shifts in their lives, often in a particular area.
I like to let the reiki inform me during the reiki session.
I let your energy, the energy flowing through your chakras, tell me what I need to know intuitively.
You can wear loose & comfy clothes which makes it easier for you to relax. There doesn't need to be touch in reiki. However, sometimes I do touch the crown, the forehead, the knees, the feet & the shoulders
A reiki session Dublin with me can be done entirely with you lying on your back. Although it is perfectly fine to turn on to your front as well.
I start at the crown and then work my way down the side of the body, following the 7 main energy centers, to the feet. Then I will do the same on the other side. I then finish, once again, at the crown. During a reiki session I will be concentrating on clearing any unneeded energy from the chakras, gently dissolving blocks & stagnant energy. But also aim to fill the chakras with new vibrant energies.

After the session, there is time for you to rest for a few minutes. After that, I will go over anything that came up. Any chakras that are particularly open. Chakras that might be a little more in need of opening. Any sensations, emotions that were felt during the session. Any colors, images or messages that were received through touch or the third-eye, the seat of intuition. Any changes of temperature that you experienced as the reiki healing energy was flowing.

You might feel very relaxed and peaceful after a session & sleepy or exhausted. Or you might feel quite elated and happy!
Sometimes one session is enough to gain the clarity you need to feel greater acceptance towards a situation. Often the reiki unfolds several hours or even days after a session. I can always do more follow up sessions if you are working towards making greater shifts in your life.
I have been giving reiki sessions for about 11 years now. I learned reiki in Abu Dhabi & did my level 1, 2 & 3 Usui Reiki Master Certification there. The level 3 is the Master Teacher qualification. As well as giving sessions I also teach all the reiki classes. Level 1, 2 & 3 Usui reiki. Usui reiki is from the linage of Mikao Usui, the traditional founding father of Reiki. All lineages originally come from Japan & Usui.
