Reiki Dublin. Energetic attachments (..eek!...) and what they mean...

The stronger our aura, the greater protection we have for our bodies. We can protect ourselves against energies that are denser and less positive. Our auras are like a second skin.

Reiki energy healing, helps protect our energy & make us stronger in preventing energetic interference from other people & places.

Contrary to popular belief, negative energies (attachments and entities) are not drawn to the light like a moth to a flame. Rather, the opposite is true. The light tends to repel the dark. Therefore, by staying as light as possible (in intention, thought, emotion & action), the more likely we will attract more of the same

Like attracts like. Light attracts more...light! (And that can only be a good thing, right?)

There are, generally speaking, two types of energies we don't want hanging off us: attachments & entities.

Whereas attachments can be thought forms/fragments, older "prints" or "memory" of undesirable thoughts or intentions, entities are altogether different. Entities have a consciousness that needs a body (e.g a human body) to thrive. The goal of an entity is to be parasitic, to feed off our energy and to grow (..eek!). Some may invade the aura as much as possible and latch off a specific chakra to gain energy. They tend to invade the chakras with the least protection. Entities can come in many forms.

Our greatest protection against negative energies is to remain light.

However, there may be times when we are less light than we'd like to be (after all, life isn't always easy, right? There are going to be challenges. Heck, the "dark night of the soul" was named for a reason!).

Challenges & traumas can make our energy lower, denser. Fear, grief, sadness, worry can lower our vibration. This can make us more vulnerable to lower the vibration of energies in our luminous body.

A popular catching ground for entities & attachments can be places of public gathering. Particularly where there may be alcohol & drugs, such as bars & clubs where alcohol is abused. There may be lower vibration energies anywhere where the energetic footprint of past behaviors is less than light. For example, hospitals are places where much good happens, but where there can be a lot of fear, trauma & anxiety.

We can avoid bringing home unwanted negative energy by making sure we are protected energetically. We can protect ourselves through the healing power of prayer, for example. Reiki and other forms of energy healing can also help keep our energy strong & light which is natural protection. Reiki will help increase flow & balance across the chakras of the body. A Dublin reiki session is often described as very peaceful. Reiki energy is both soft, gentle. Yet also very powerful & effective!

Attachments in the aura can usually be quote easily dissolved/brushed away by simply getting into a more positive thinking head space with reiki. Remember denser energies don't like to stick around the light. The cleaner our thoughts and intentions are, the "cleaner" we will be too...

Basically, attachments feed off of fear which is the opposite of love and good vibes...But don't worry, the solution is also pretty simple, most of the time. YOU.

Most negative energy can be dissolved quite easily. You being YOU and shining through with all the beautiful energy you came into the world with, is enough to do away with most negative energy. Remember the light Is more powerful! Way more powerful!
