What is Reiki? What does it feel like?
Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful energy healing modality, often described as a form of acupuncture without the needles. During a Reiki session in Dublin, energy is channeled to balance the body's seven main energy centers, or chakras. The goal is to enhance the flow of energy, promoting relaxation, well-being, harmony, and vitality.

What to expect during a reiki session with Caroline

Each Reiki session in Dublin with me is unique, as the Reiki energy intuitively adjusts to your individual needs. Common experiences include sensations of weightlessness, warmth or coolness, and energy moving through the body. You might also perceive colors, light, or even visions in your mind's eye. Many clients report feelings of deep relaxation, emotional release, and an enhanced understanding of their life situations.
The experience of Reiki varies from person to person, as our energy fluctuates daily. Whether you're young or old, Reiki provides exactly what you need, never too much or too little.

Chakras can be visualized as whirling wheels of colored light within the body. As a Reiki Master in Dublin, I sense and work with this energy, which can feel hot, cold, strong, gentle, or even as solid as a physical object. My role is to guide this energy to restore balance and promote healing.
