As a Dublin Reiki Master Teacher with over 10 years of experience, I’ve guided many individuals through unique journeys of personal transformation.
I practice Usui Reiki, a healing art founded by Mikao Usui in Japan.
Each Reiki session and training is a meaningful step in continuing the Usui lineage, with many of those I’ve attuned now practicing as Reiki Masters themselves.

In 2007, I had an "awakening" experience (though I didn't know it was called that at the time!) that left me clairvoyant for about 24 hours. This life-changing event led me to explore Reiki and other forms of energy healing, including astrology. Through these practices, I found a way to live a more purposeful and creative life.

I run small, intimate reiki workshops throughout the year, teaching level 1, 2 & 3 traditional Usui reiki courses in Blackrock, Dublin. This includes the Reiki master teacher qualification.
